Live in an
"Active Meditation"
1. When standing place your body weight forward on the balls of your
feet and gently press down through your heels. Feel the tension from
your lower back release.
2. When walking a long distance become aware of the magnetic pull
your inner thighs have inward toward your central plum line and how
that magnetic pull connects up into your abdominal center. Feel the
added energy.
3. Forced to stop everything due to weariness, you may say,"I wish I
felt better." Rather say, "I feel better now." Distinguish between
thinking and being.
4. If you find yourself overwhelmed, visualize the space between
your eyebrows expanding. Not only will the scowl disappear so will the
mental overwhelm.
5. Whenever your lower back hurts, pull in your abdominal muscles and take a deel breathe. Instant relief in mind and body!
6. When heartache hits resist the tendency to collapse the chest and
shadow the heart. Present the chest with openness. Experience the
weight of the moment lighten, embrace the bitter and sweet of love.
7. When fearful, breathe deeply into the dimples of the low back.
Imagine them as portholes fully open for the fearful energy to exit
your body.
8. When your feet hurt consider new shoes sooner rather than later.
9. Sit quietly with your Self every day.
10. Recognize the intelligence of your own body. Pain and discomfort teach awareness on all levels.
