What is Tao of Strength Training?

The Tao of Strength Training is a fitness philosophy that integrates strength training workouts and meditation. It was created by Taoist Minister, Tammy Wise, a Broadway dancer turned fitness guru. Three BodyLogos workouts, set to original music, and progressing in difficulty, are now available on video.
