The Tao of Strength Training is a fitness philosophy
that integrates strength training workouts and meditation. It was
created by Taoist Minister, Tammy Wise, a Broadway dancer turned fitness

BodyLogos, holistic body sculpting, changes the repetitive nature

Who developed Tao of Fitness and what are
her qualifications?
Tao of Fitness was developed by Broadway dancer, fitness guru and Taoist
Minister Tammy Wise. Her qualifications are a 15-year professional
dance career, various fitness certifications, five certifications
in the healing arts, and ordination as a Taoist Minister in 1995.
How long do the The Tao of Strength Training workouts take?
The three holistic body sculpting workouts on Tammy Wise's BodyLogos The Tao of Strength Training fitness video are 30 minutes each. The three workouts
progress in difficulty and can be done separately or combined. It
is best to alternate the workouts.
Each workout begins with a warm-up, includes an abdominal series,
three muscle group exercises with "active meditations,"
and a still meditation as a cool down.
How often do I have to do the BodyLogos
