Shipping Policy
BodyLogos Inc. mails all merchandise through the US Postal Service. Each package is mailed “Delivery Confirmation” providing us with a tracking number in the case of delivery failure. Most orders will be fulfilled within 24-72 business hours and you should receive your order 4-6 business days from shipment date.

Backorders
If a backorder occurs you will be notified my email or phone with an estimated delivery date. If the backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pick up the cost of additional shipment costs.
Return Policy
BodyLogos Inc. will replace any product or products that arrive damaged if it is our fault. In this case we will reship a replacement package free of charge immediately after receiving the damaged goods. Return address is BodyLogos Inc. c/o WISEBEAUTY
PO Box 290 Cathedral Station New York, NY 10025. BodyLogosBeauty.com must be notified at mindthebody@bodylogos.com or 646-425-4206 within 10 days of the original purchase to be eligible for a replacement product.
Exchanges may be made at the customer’s request. In this case all shipping and handling fees are paid by customer and the value of the exchange must be the same or higher then the original purchase. There will be no refunds. Reshipment will immediately follow receiving the original order in good condition.
Privacy Statement
